There's a few *band variants that have options like that. ToME 2, at the very least, via the Lost Soul option... thing. Probably some others, too.

Damn, I was just about to comment about how Incursion's never going to be released and then I see the word "necro" and my fun is ruined. :(

Yah, it sounds like minecraft with content, you have obviously missed the point, people dont like content, they like different coloured blocks.
Seems to work fine with my copy. As soon as I loaded the human caravan came by and the world burst into fire.

Hey, Mensch is still working on it. Still stops in on the google group occasionally, and responds to questions and suchlike fairly quickly. Pay close attention to the copyright date, though :P

Inc was in dev for a hella' long time before it had a public release. Probably won't be that long again before a refactored version release comes out, but we're still looking at years more before it's finished. Dev's been pretty good about long hiatuses (and there's been more than one since Inc went public), so I'm still hopeful, m'self.

I'm still waiting for incursion myself. The alpha version has great mechanics, all we need is a fleshed out world to use them in.
