Creative Projects / Fictional map-making!

I'm sure that all of you that have done some world-building have made some maps, had some maps made, or at least have a concept of a map in your head. Fantasy, Sci-Fi, any setting you can think of needs a good map. Anything as detailed as a room, all the way up to an entire world. Everything needs a good map. You simply can't have a story without a world. So let's talk about maps, shall we?

As long as it is a map or is about maps, and is original, it's welcome here. Of course, you're also welcome to post anything other people have put up about maps. Though personally, I'm more interested in world maps and their kind (and things pertaining to them). I like the larger scale when making a world and maps for it. But any discussion about any kind of map is welcome. Tools, tips, anything that can help others make maps of their own. If it's wanted, I'll put up some suggested links on this post.

This is my map of a new world I'm creating (and the original reason I made this topic). It's been resized from the original 3168x2550 (as it's displayed on the forum, the image itself is still the original resolution). If you print it out without scaling it will be the exact size I drew it in. The quality isn't that great, but the scanner was set to black and white, to make sure there was nothing "extra". I'll be adding in details later, it's just a basic outline right now.

Comments, feedback, and whatever else are welcome for my map.

So, who of you would vote for them? Progressive-Libertarian sounds good in my book, depending on what they do. I do like the sound of their anti-corporatism though.
