This makes me want to play Master of Orion.

I wear a big denim coat, which has two benefits.
1. It has giant pockets, on the inside and outside.
2. It keeps me warm, and doesn't make me too hot when it's warm.

Since it's come up, I've been wanting to ask: Do any of you actually sleep well on a regular basis (no nightmares, feel rested upon waking)? Can you get to sleep in under one hour? And how often, if at all, do you wake up with splitting headaches?

Because in my experience, a good night is just a minor nightmare and no headache. I know that feeling good when you wake up is a real thing, because it's happened to me, but it's a rare occurrence.

I go to sleep usually in 5 minutes or less, I don't dream 99% of the time, I sleep a solid 8 hours, and while not being a morning person, I wouldn't say waking up is unpleasant.

I lucked out in that regard, if in nothing else.

Not actually scary.
