A miserable pile of prayers?

My opinions on Vector's attractiveness may be well known, but in case they are not, they can be summed up with this convenient gif.

for those of you with slow internet connections, i'm saying vector's pretty hot, yeah, and that's an objective statement of fact
well i did say that
oh my god

that was perfect

Yeah, and there's a significant difference in the quality of the exchange between "This is what it might be like if it happened" and "This is what it was like when it happened".

General Discussion / Re: Whassup with all these bans?

Near as I can tell, bans happen when you're persistently aggressive. Usually about a political or social perspective, although that's probably just the particular thing that gets people most worked up. Generally, if you don't escalate discussions into fights and don't single people or groups out for attacks (whether they're present or not), you'll be fine, and you'll generally get a few warnings, then mutes, before a ban.

I've just noticed that the last potato has ended on page #9999 (which isn't the 9999th page, but still).

This means that the next update will begin with page #10000!

Wait no, disregard that, I suck icicles.

Well, you'll just have to call it Urectum them.

I just bought and am currently downloading the entire official Homestuck discography.
I saw that 70% off sale, and lamented having already bought all of it that I wanted. Which might actually be all of it? I'm too lazy to check.

Okay, fair enough, cybercriminals and people who refuse to update their legal software after the bill's entry into force, when that software will presumably be required to incorporate that same backdoor. Depending on the wording of the law, being in the latter group might make you one of the former, but I don't know that, and it's also clearly a technicality, against the spirit of my original post.

We still don't know, and probably never will, how equivalent Union Jack was to Lord English, as far as I know. Was it possession? Was it merely empowerment? Something in between? Some sort of merger? So 1) is a possibility, but not a guarantee.

Meh, it's about the same reasoning as voting Trump out of spite. Watching the world burn actually isn't as fun as certain jokers might make it out to be, unless you're a particularly violent breed of psychopath.

Anyway, good news for cybercriminals, who lose nothing (they already have access to reliable strong encryption, and the technical know-how to use it even when user-friendliness goes away), and potentially gain the ultimate skeleton key if things go wrong. Bad news for everybody else.

I have just finished preparing an overly elaborate meal for little reason more than because I could. Also, who needs recipes when you've got brilliant ideas like "If I toss the pasta with a bit of Caesar salad dressing, it will be more delicious and won't dry out!" Which worked perfectly, by the way.
