STRUCTURAL_ELASTICITY_WOVEN_THREAD tag can be applied to leather?

Does that tag apply even when the material is leather?

Or does it apply only when the material is silk/yarn/plant?

Leather isn't woven, but you can include [STRUCTURAL_ELASTICITY_CHAIN_ALL] as well and the elasticity changes (same as woven thread) will be applied.
