Steam Version Fort Settings

I am trying to find old fort settings the game used to have such as Dwarfs stay indoors, collect bodies outside, and the like. I cannot find them but I know they have to be there....

In this case it's like 3 tab layers deep; Labor, Standing orders, then divided into more tabs.
