Teldin's Kobold Civ

I decided to try my own hand at making a decent civ race for kobolds. This mod makes dwarves unplayable nuisances and kobolds live in proper fortresses. It also changes the kobold species somewhat, making it a bit easier to make a regular fortress with them.

Some stuff about these modded kobolds:

* Slightly faster than elves
* Smaller than dwarves (cannot wear standard gear)
* They can use bows, axes, picks, spears, and daggers
* They can wear only tunics and loincloths
* Very weak, will get killed quite easily
* Can eat bones or meat, but cannot eat plants (not sure about meals made with plants.. ie. you can gather plants and plant the seeds, or cook it)
* You get some seriously funny names
* You will probably get dwarves sneaking in and trying to steal things from you instead of kobolds, which would also be pretty funny
* I also added a "tower shield" item out of boredom, which dwarves and humans can use (ie. in adventurer mode)
